How do I create an account?

Get started with us by filling in your details on our Register page and selecting Create my account now.

How do I change my password?

Easy! Sign in and select Change password in your Account overview to replace your current password with a new password.

Can I change my email address?

No, that's not possible as your existing email address is linked to all your account details. If you'd like to use a different email address, then you'll need to create a new account with us.

Can I change my payment details?

Yes, whether it's adding a new card or deleting old ones, you can do so by selecting Saved Cards in your Account Overview. You can also save your new card information when you checkout.

Can I add or edit my delivery address?

Absolutely! Whether it’s a new work or home address - sign in to your account, select Address Book in your Account Overview and then you’re ready to add new details, update old ones as well as set a default address for your next order.

What else can I do with my order history besides viewing past orders?

Plenty! You can check on current order statuses, access your digital receipts, print them or re-order previously ordered items.

Can I shop without an account?

Yes, you can choose to checkout as a guest; however, we'll need a few details from you like your contact details and address to process your order and know where to deliver it.
