For Credit/Debit card Refunds, it could take up to 2 weeks & for Cash payments it could take up to 3 weeks from the time of receiving the returned products.
- We’re more than happy to refund any product as long as it’s in its original sealed packaging, in perfect condition and accompanied by your delivery note.
- We’ll offer you a full refund on your products via your original payment mode. COD orders will be refunded to your nominated bank account. Card payment orders will be refunded to the original payment card.
