Do you ship outside UAE?

We currently ship only in UAE and KSA. However, we are planning to expand to other parts of the Middle East shortly, so please stay tuned because we might start shipping to your country sooner than you think!

How can I change my delivery location?

Our delivery partner will call you prior to delivery and you will have a chance to confirm your shipping address to them or change it at that time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You can check the expected delivery time displayed on our product page before placing an order. Based on where you live, it might end up taking a little longer. Our effective working days are Saturday-Thursday and do not include public holidays.

Once you place your order, the expected delivery date would be mentioned in the order confirmation email sent to you. Based on the product selected, the shipping and delivery promises may be different. Please make sure to check the order confirmation email from or visit our tracking page (Track Order) for a more accurate delivery promise.

I've been waiting longer than the delivery promise for my location, what should I do?

We usually commit to an expected delivery date at the time of order confirmation and this is mentioned in the order confirmation email sent to you. If we are still within the promised date, please visit our tracking page (Track Order) to check the status of your order. If we see that your order is getting delayed, our Delivery Solutions team will contact you soon to support in any way we can.

My order has been shipped, what next?

This means that we have shipped the order from our end. Our delivery partner will contact you once your shipment is out for delivery. You would have also received an SMS with the tracking link (Track Order) where you can check the status of your order.

I don't want to receive my shipment, what should I do?

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you've received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order. Failure to receive a shipment or accept calls from our carrier partner without a legitimate reason may result in your account being suspended from making future cash on delivery orders.

Do I have to pay shipping charges?

Shipping is free across UAE! However, if you choose to pay by Cash on Delivery then there will be a further AED 15 service charge from our couriers for offering this service. To avoid this charge you can always pay via Credit/Debit Card.

What is the difference between ‘Cash on Delivery’ Fee and Shipping Fee?

We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for the cash collection service. Hence an extra charge of AED 15 is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment. We currently don’t charge you any shipping fee in UAE!
